Mortal Kombat 1 introduces a new single player mode known as Invasion. Players will travel across different worlds to complete challenges and battles as they earn new cosmetics and items. Along the way, you will come across certain paths that are blocked by a Flaming Gates which tells you you need an item called a Nether Stone to unlock. With so many gates found throughout the mode and many more battles and rewards hidden behind them, players will want to know how to get this key item to explore these secluded areas. While there are many single use items found in the Invasion mode that can used to open certain gates and locked chests, the Nether Stone is different. There aren’t multiple Stones that you need to use to get past the Flaming Gates found on each of the Mesa levels. You will only need to get one Nether Stone to open all of the Flaming Gates and gain access to everything behind them.
There is only one way to get the Nether Stone and that is by defeating the Titan found at the end of the mode, Titan Scorpion. You will need to travel through all of the previous Mesa levels
