The final sections of 's (D&D) DLC put you up against some of the hardest bosses to beat, starting with the Corrupted Dragon. Appearing as you enter Chapter 5, this golden beast from the iconic tabletop role-playing game presents one of the biggest challenges you've faced so far. You'll have to use every skill from your class for this Dragon to not take down your character.
At the end of Chapter 4, you pursue the Larva Mage in 's DLC after defeating this boss in battle along with many of their minions. This leads to a small rest time for your character, allowing you to level up your stats and prepare for the next battle. The portal seen past the Larva Mage's chambers will lead directly to the fight against the Dragon, so don't go until you have everything for your character ready.
The Corrupted Dragon may seem intimidating in, but the best way to defeat it is to stay far away with long-range spells or stick to the creature's sides when using physical attacks. One of the Dragon's most powerful attacks is its fire breath, which burns your character to inflict damage over time. This move also burns the battlefield, encouraging you to remember where the fire on the ground burns to avoid taking more damage.

The Dragon also uses a bite attack that can be very hard to avoid, striking quickly as its body shifts to face your character. Out of every class in the DLC for , the Wizard and Barbarian are best suited for this fight for entirely different reasons. The Wizard never has to approach the dragon, using spells like Fireball to deal damage from far away, while the Barbarian has the defenses to resist the boss's physical attacks.
