Searchlight Pictures has released a brand-new trailer for their upcoming dark comedy horror movie The Menu starring Ralph Fiennes and Anya Taylor-Joy. Directed by Mark Mylod (Game of Thrones) and produced by Adam McKay (Don't Look Up) and Betsy Koch, The Menu features an ensemble cast alongside Fiennes and Taylor-Joy, including the likes of Nicholas Hoult (X-Men: First Class), John Leguizamo (Encanto), Hong Chau, Janet McTeer, Judith Light, Aimee Carrero, and Paul Adelstein. The story of The Menu revolves around a young couple (Hoult and Taylor-Joy) who travel to a remote island to eat at an exclusive restaurant where Chef Slowik has prepared a sumptuous menu with some shocking surprises.
Now, Searchlight Pictures have dropped a brand-new trailer for The Menu, putting the spotlight on Ralph Fiennes' sinister Chef Slowik as he sends his ill-fated guests into a frenzy. Supported by an unsettling background score setting up the cult-like atmosphere of the secluded island-based restaurant, the trailer begins with Taylor-Joy and Hoult's characters arriving at the remote location, where the daunting head chef calls the shots. As his guests settle down for an appetizing set of meals, the evening turns deadly when Taylor-Joy begins to suspect Chef Slowik's intentions. Check out the trailer below:
