Chef Marcos Spaziani from Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 3 recently announced that he won’t be returning next season. The Below Deck franchise has had many talented chefs, but Marcos may be one of the best yet. The native Venezuelan has been a chef for 10 years and has worked everywhere from Miami to Los Angeles. While living in LA., he worked as a chef at the well-known Hollywood restaurant Taste. Soon afterward, he started his gourmet food truck business called ML Eats with fellow chef Louis Huh.
Marcos brought his amazing culinary skills to Below Deck Sailing Yacht. Since the first charter, he wowed the guests with his tasty creations and Instagram-worthy plating. The chef’s main focus was on making the guests happy. Even when he suffered a painful head injury, he worked through it in order to make dinner happen. The only complaint he got during Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 3 was on a horrible charter, which the chef calmly took in stride.
