Since Below Deck season 9 came to an end earlier this year, second steward Fraser Olender has been busy working his way up to chief steward and traveling the world. Fans met Fraser for the first time late last year as a second stew on Below Deck. He worked alongside new chief stew Heather Chase and third stew Jessica Albert. It wasn't long into the charter season before the interior team began having issues.
At first, Fraser was bad-mouthing Heather to Jessica, complaining about Heather's lack of work ethic. Later, he and Heather joined forces and would complain about Jessica not pulling her weight on the boat. Jessica could feel the tension and decided to leave halfway through the season. She could no longer work alongside either of them and needed to leave for the sake of her mental health. Despite Fraser becoming friendly with Heather, he too, was still not fond of Heather as a chief stew.

After departing the My Seanna, Fraser began working his way up to chief stew. He revealed during the Below Deck season 9 reunion that he was currently working as a chief stew on a new boat, following his time on the show. Fraser didn't say where he was chartered, but it was likely somewhere in the Caribbean, judging by his Instagram. In March, Fraser shared a photo of himself by a pool enjoying a drink with the location tagged as St.Lucia. While he could have been there on vacation, he was likely on a day off during a charter season. Before his time in St.Lucia, Fraser was in Paris and Dubai. Fraser has been enjoying his time away from the franchise.
