The Mass Effect series has captured gamers' attention since the first game was released back in 2008. Though the franchise is well over a decade old now, that hasn't stopped fans showing their love for the Mass Effect games, and new fans being able to play the story-driven, sci-fi RPGs with the release of Mass Effect: Legendary Edition. Celebrated by fans for having a cast of likable characters,Mass Effect's supporting cast has often charmed enough for fans to create tributes to their favorite characters.
From a LEGO bust of Quarian crewmate Tali, to an imagining of fan favorite Garrus as a Jedi, Mass Effect fans have found numerous and creative ways to show off their love for a certain character or the franchise as a whole. Now though, one fan is looking to create a tribute to the series' antagonists, the Reapers. The Reapers are insect-like, huge machines that are created with the goal of wiping life from the galaxy every fifty-thousand years or so.

For the first three Mass Effect games, the Reapers are Shepard's most intimidating threat, and the player must work throughout the games to find a way to save the galaxy's lives. One fan though, Reddit user dr_pupsgesicht, has made the Reapers seems slightly less intimidating by creating the machines with LEGO. Using LEGO creation tool stud.io, the Mass Effect fan was able to imagine what a LEGO version of the Reapers could look like, creating four unique designs showing off their LEGO building skills.
