Marauders Closed Beta Guide (Sign Up, Dates, & Times)

Players can now sign up for the Beta test of the upcoming first-person looter shooter, space pirate game, Marauders. This game does not currently have an official release date, but the closed Beta will occur between Wednesday, July 20, and Monday, July 25. Players have already been able to access the game through Closed Alpha Access, but for those who are interested in the game but missed the Closed Alpha testing, the developers are still offering a way to play the Beta.

According to the developers, Marauders is a multiplayer looter shooter where players search around an industrialized deep space filled with pirates. Players take on the role of a space pirate, and to succeed in the game, they must conduct raids, search for loot, breach other ships, steal, and fight other players in combat. This game takes place in open space, on asteroids, and in spaceships. Despite the relatively novel concept of an open-world space pirate adventure, Marauders is not the only pirate-themed Beta to be released soon; players can also register for the Skull and Bones Beta, which precedes that game's release date of November 8.

Players who want access to the Mauraders Beta can only access it by going through their website and pre-ordering. Trying to get it through Steam will not work. However, the developers are offering a pre-order bonus and other unlockable content to players looking to play Marauders before its anticipated release.
