Stranger Things season 1 was seemingly edited, with one specific Jonathan scene now playing out differently. First released on Netflix in 2016, the Duffer brothers' horror/fantasy series has since become one of the streamer's most popular shows. Stranger Things' supersized season 4 recently broke records for Netflix. The show is set to come to an end with its fifth and final season, which currently doesn't have a release date.
While Stranger Things has come to feature an array of interdimensional monsters, season 1 is the most grounded of the lot. After Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) goes missing, his friends set out to find him, soon discovering a terrifying creature known as the Demogorgon and a portal to another dimension called the Upside Down. Jonathan (Charlie Heaton), Will's brother, is one of the people who spearhead the search, eventually coming to work alongside Nancy Wheeler (Natalia Dyer). Although their relationship is a little rocky at the beginning of Stranger Things season 1, the two eventually become romantically involved.

Now, according to TVLine, it looks like one particular Jonathan scene has been cut from Stranger Things season 1, episode 2, «The Weirdo on Maple Street.» The scene in question sees Jonathan, while out in the woods searching for his brother, secretly taking pictures of Nancy while she's getting undressed in Steve's bedroom. The scene plays out a little differently now, with Jonathan still watching Nancy take off her shirt but not taking any pictures of it.
