It's hard to deny the massive success of Marvel Studios, and even harder to deny that much of that success has come from the leadership of Kevin Feige. While the global pandemic threw a wrench in Marvel's plans for 2020, the Disney-owned studio is roaring back with its current Disney Plus show Moon Knight and the upcoming releases of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and Thor: Love and Thunder.
Collider reports that Feige recently took the stage at CinemaCon to talk about those projects, but also to announce that he is heading out to a creative retreat. the purpose of that retreat? To plan out the next decade of Marvel projects. It seems that the comic book movie boom is still going strong, likely to the disappointment of directors like Denis Villeneuve.

There were no further details given about the retreat, such as where it will be taking place or what kind of projects will be discussed. As Always, Feige appears to be playing his cards close to the vest. With the central theme of the next phase of Marvel movies appearing to revolve around the multiverse, there are plenty of opportunities for surprises and big stories, though. What fans do know right now is that there are still even more Marvel projects scheduled to hit theaters and Disney Plus this year.
On top of the Thor and Doctor Strange sequels, Ms. Marvel will also be hitting Disney's streaming service on June 8. That series will focus on the origin story of Kamala Khan (played by Iman Vellani). In November, the long-awaited Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will be released in theaters. Fans can also expect She-Hulk and the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special to be released on Disney
