Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige reveals how the Marvel Cinematic Universe still manages to succeed despite all the leaks that constantly plague MCU projects. The MCU is easily the most successful film franchise of all time, and the franchise has only grown more omnipresent with the addition of Disney+ streaming series like WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and most recently Moon Knight. With the fanbase for the MCU ever-growing, more and more viewers are hungry to see what's next, often leading to leaks and spoilers.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set to open in theaters in less than a week, and ahead of the film's Hollywood premiere, leaks for the movie have already started to make their way online. The first look at Thor: Love and Thunder's villain, Gorr the God Butcher, was kept out of the trailer but was already revealed in toy concept art. Despite all of Marvel's best efforts to keep things secret, even training actors how to avoid spoilers in interviews, it is almost an impossibility with how most people have instant access to the internet.

During the press tour for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, via The Direct, Feige spoke about how Marvel Studios handles spoilers, leaks, and the impacts they have on the films. He is candid, admitting that they can't always keep everything under wraps, but assures the studio always still delivers a quality film that can stand on its own even if something is spoiled. Feige says the movie should work on any level, regardless of if the viewers know everything going in or nothing. Feige said:
