There seems to be a country-wide NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 & RTX 4080 GPU shortage in Japan as reported by ITMedia.
The Japanese outlet reports that the Akihabara marketplace is reporting a developing shortage of high-end NVIDIA GPUs in the retail segment.
