While he's worn many different suits of armor over the years, Iron Man's Bleeding Edge armor proved to be the perfect counter to one of the most powerful versions of Ultron. In the process, Tony Stark made the maniacal android villain look weak, as his Bleeding Edge Armor was able to absorb a deadly blast that killed many others before him, as Earth's Mightiest Heroes tried to reason with Ultron's final form.
Iron Man's Bleeding Edge Armor remains one of the hero's most high-tech suits, as Tony Stark bonded nanotechnology connected to his body and brain to summon the suit from his insides when needed. After being nearly killed, Stark took the Extremis virus, which he later manipulated into his armor, granting him numerous abilities including super-strength, durability, a regenerative healing factor, and an internal connection to wireless technology. The Extremis Armor was so powerful that it's possible Iron Man could have survivedAvengers: Endgame after snapping Thanos from existence if he had the technology he did in the pages of Marvel Comics. However, Iron Man would later get rid of Extremis and upgrade it with the Bleeding Edge Armor, an even more advanced version of the suit based on technology ahead of anything else on Earth.
