iQOO Neo 6 5G has been part of several teasers released by the company itself since last week, and now, iQOO officially announced the launch date of this smartphone. iQOO is all set to introduce the iQOO Neo 6 5G with Snapdragon 870 chipset in India on May 31. The users in China already have seen the Neo 6 5G back in April 2022, which packs a different processor from the Indian variant. The Chinese unit of iQOO Neo 6 5G comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip under the hood. There isn't much details that are revealed by the company yet, but it is confirmed that Neo 6 5G will be available in two colour options along with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant.
iOQO also confirmed that the Neo 6 5G will pack a 4700mAh battery that will come with an 80W fast charging support, promising to charge the smartphone's battery from 1 percent to 50 percent in just 12 minutes with the bundled adapter and cable with the smartphone. Though, iQOO mentions that the charging speed is based on lab tests by the company, that means, real-life charging may vary a bit from it. However, iQOO is yet to unveil further details about Neo 6 5G ahead of its launch which we will see in the coming days.
