Interview: Ghosts' Asher Grodman Talks Being Pantless And Trevor's Big Reveal
With the hit CBS series Ghosts beginning to wrap — fans were wondering if they would ever find out the mystery behind Trevor's lack of pants. Lucky for them, this week's episode revealed all the answers.
«The writers, Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, asked me if I had any thoughts about my character's time period and stuff like that. They're really great collaborators. One of the things they asked me was, 'how do you think he died?' and I gave them some ideas,» said Asher Grodman, who plays the suit-and-tie Wall Street bro. However, his pitches didn't make the script. «When I read what they wrote, I was glad they ignored all my ideas because what they came up with is so much better. It's going to surprise everyone.»

Ghosts is the latest sitcom to take fans by storm. The show has found major success with its first season and has already been renewed for a second season. Based on a BBC series with the same name, the show follows lovers Samantha and Jay and their journey to ditch the city and renovate a rundown country estate they inherited. But their bed-and-breakfast dreams are put on hold after they find out that a group of tight-knit ghosts occupy the space. Throughout the series, viewers are able to watch the relationships between the ghosts, and between the ghosts and the estate owner, blossom as details about their lives are enclosed. Throwing it back to the 90s is Grodman and his pantless character Asher.
