While these rewards rotate, it seems even with those rotations you’ll still need to use real-life money to cover the difference.

Having premium currency is a common practice for live service games such as Fortnite. The difference is that for Epics battle royale if you max out the Battle Pass, you can earn enough in-game currency to buy the next season’s pass. For Diablo 4, if you want to get the next Season’s Battle Pass, you’ll either need to save up all the Platinum from each season without spending it or, use real-life money to get more.
