Assuming you don’t have either ingredient, let me show you how to create each element from scratch. Time is pretty easy to complete with a short list of combinations, so let’s start there.
Earth + Wind = Dust
Dust + Dust = Sand
Sand + Fire = Glass
Glass + Sand = Hourglass
Hourglass + Sand = Time
