One of the most challenging and involved achievements to unlock in is «Leave No One Behind.» It revolves around the group of tieflings that the party meets during Act One, refugees from the city of Elturel. Much like your party, these tieflings are trying to make their way to the city of Baldur's Gate, though there is much danger between them and their destination.
