Those who have pre-ordered Horizon Forbidden West DLC Burning Shores can now start downloading the expansion in preparation for Wednesday's launch on PS5. As long as you pre-ordered via the PS Store, the pre-load should activate automatically; your console may have already got it stored after downloading the DLC overnight. How large Burning Shores is depends on what region you're from, but generally, it's just shy of 17GB.
While Sony has left much of this Horizon Forbidden West expansion to assumption, last week's launch trailer at least gave us our best look yet at the DLC. We saw Aloy wield Far Zeta weaponry, meet up with her new ally Seyka, and perform a few more tricks aboard her flying mount, the Sunwing.
There's still time to pre-order the Burning Shores DLC on the PS Store, which will net you a few pre-order bonuses and the pre-load in question. Probably pick this up at some point, although i didnt enjoy the 2nd game as much for some reason, might even do a 2nd playthrough first see how it goes. Hopefully be a good dlc
