Jingliu is a 5-star Ice character who follows the Path of the Destruction in HoYoverse’s turn-based RPG. She was released over a year ago and her HP-drain mechanics made her incredibly powerful against enemies, especially those with Ice weakness. In fact, Jingliu is still one of the best DPS characters in the game, though a lot of her value declined with newer releases.
