One Hogwarts Legacy player has seemingly found an important location from the Harry Potter installment Prisoner of Azkaban, a place many fans of the franchise will recognize.
Although Hogwarts Legacy has only been out for a little over a month now, there are still many surprises for Harry Potter fans to discover within the game. Since its release, Hogwarts Legacy players have spotted surprising references that are taken straight from some of the most iconic moments in the franchise. Players are still unearthing tons of mysteries and secrets that keep many coming back for more.

One player happened to recently come across what appears to be one of the most recognizable locations seen in the movie adaptation of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, the third installment in the series. The area discovered in the game is the lake where Harry believes he sees his father, an incredibly important moment in the franchise. With Hogwarts Legacy containing so many references, it's not surprising to see this type of Easter egg, but it is definitely exciting for many fans who happen to come across it.
The lake also apparently references stags, which is the specific Patronus that shows up at the lake, leading Harry to believe the Patronus was his father. Of course, those that have read the book or seen the movie knows that there's a lot more to the scene, and it's not exactly what Harry thinks.
