Helldivers 2 Receives New PC Features Trailer, Crossplay Confirmed
Arrowhead Game Studios and Sony have released a new trailer for Helldivers 2 to highlight its PC features. However, it’s probably more accurate to say that it showcases gameplay from the third-person shooter, from brutal combat with towering bugs and relentless automatons to deaths by friendly fire. Helldivers 2 will support up to 4K resolution on PC, and while there is mouse and keyboard support, you can also use the PS5’s DualSense. Cross-platform play between PC and PS5 is also confirmed, as players can use SOS signals to call in players to fill any empty slots mid-mission, which is nice.
WhileHelldivers 2 launches on February 8th for PS5 and PC worldwide, Sony’s CES 2024 press conference indicated another delay to February 28th. Perhaps it was a slip-up since neither Arrowhead nor PlayStation have officially announced the same. Stay tuned for more details on the title, including its requirements on PC.
