You can now officially hit the virtual asphalt since GRID Legends: Deluxe Edition is now out on Android. Feral Interactive has dropped its high-octane motorsport experience as a full game with all the DLCs.
GRID Legends: Deluxe Edition combines Codemasters’ slick blend of arcade-style fun and realistic simulation handling. Along with all the DLCs, it includes Car-Nage (a destruction derby mode), Drift, Endurance, bonus cars, tracks and extra events.
If you’re a GRID Autosport fan, you’ve probably been eagerly waiting for this one. In this edition, you get 120 cars ranging from prototype GTs and touring cars to massive trucks and slick open-wheelers.
There’s no shortage of places to race either. You get 22 locations from all over the globe, each packed with unique and challenging tracks.
GRID Legends: Deluxe Edition is bringing a story mode called Driven to Glory that’s got some legit live-action drama. In this mode, you try to survive the cutthroat world of the GRID World Series.
But if you’re more into forging your own path, the game’s massive career mode lets you rise through the ranks and prove you’re the best.
And finally, there’s the Race Creator mode too, where you can customize races however you want. It lets you try out trucks versus hypercars on a rainy circuit and all kinds of weird combinations.
The game has online leaderboards through Feral’s Calico service. You can also dive into regularly updated Dynamic Events with weekly and monthly races.
The game is now up for grabs on the Google Play Store at $14.99. It has flexible controls with smooth touches and tilts. You can also go old-school with a gamepad. Feral Interactive has also made sure the visuals are top-notch, giving the game a console-quality feel.
And that wraps up our scoop on this new game on Android. If you’re looking for a more interactive game instead, then check out our scoop on another new game, Pine: A Story of Loss That Cuts Deep into Grief with a Woodworker’s Tale.
