A Grand Theft Auto 6 related announcement may be coming in a little over a week, according to rumors circulating online.
As reported in a new video by SanInPlay, an anonymous source that provided proof of having a relative working at Meta revealed that a Facebook encrypted post is scheduled to go live on December 3rd. What makes this encrypted post interesting is the fact that Mark Adamson, Rockstar Games Executive Vice President of Marketing, and Geoff Keighley, the man behind The Game Awards, are supposed to be its "administrators".
While December 3rd is a Sunday, there's a good chance an announcement could be taking place on this day. Rockstar Games teased Red Dead Redemption 2 for the first time on a Sunday (October 16th, 2016), so a first teaser going live on December 3rd to announce the full reveal during this year's The Game Awards isn't unlikely at all. Despite this, we have to take today's rumors with a grain of salt.
Even if no announcement is getting made on December 3rd, it won't take much longer to finally learn more about Grand Theft Auto 6, as Rockstar Games officially confirmed earlier this month how the game would be officially unveiled in early December. The wait has been long, but it's almost over.
Grand Theft Auto 6 launches on a yet-to-be-confirmed date. We will let you know more about the game as soon as more come in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
