If the earlier leaks and rumours come true, then the next Apple iPhone 14 series is all set to make its debut in September 2022. And as the launch date is coming near there is a lot of information popping up regarding the launch of the iPhone 14 series. Though, there are some concerns regarding the supply chain of iPhone 14 panels. Earlier, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo shared the news of Apple's partners experiencing supply issues. But there is some good news too for the iPhone 14 fans who are eagerly waiting to experience the next flagship of Apple.
Thankfully, these supply chain issues will have left limited impact on the launch date of the iPhone 14, Ming-Chi Kuo confirmed. He said in a tweet, “I have learned that recently some iPhone 14 panel and memory suppliers have experienced supply issues, but it should have a limited impact on the coming mass production of the iPhone 14 because other suppliers can fill the supply gap.”
According to him, Samsung is almost the sole supplier for 3Q22. That means it can meet the production demand of the iPhone 14 Pro model. He further says that the Micron & SK Hynix are expected to ship in 4Q22 at the earliest, that's because the former's certification schedule started later. For the supply demand for the display panels, Samsung and BOE are mentioned to fill the initial supply gap, which has been caused by LG Display's panel appearance issues. "It's expected that LG Display should not take much time to address the issue," he mentioned.
