GOG has kicked off its Autumn Sale, which is running until September 11 at 10pm UTC.
The sale features over 4,000 deals and discounts of up to 90%, according to CD Projekt.
Among the “bestsellers” included in the sale are Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition (75% off), Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition (75% off), The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition (70% off), Disco Elysium – The Final Cut (75% off) and Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition (67% off).
GOG plans to give away four games during the sale, starting with Hero of the Kingdom II, which is currently free to claim until August 31 at 2pm UTC.
Developed and published by Lonely Troops in 2015, the story-driven point and click game has ‘Very positive’ reviews on rival PC storefront Steam, where it’s currently priced at $6.99 / £6.69.
To add the free game to their library, players will need to opt in to receive marketing communication from GOG.
“You and your sister had finally found a safe haven in a small fishing village. But more troubles came soon after that,” according Hero of the Kingdom II’s GOG listing. “The threat of an unstoppable crew of pirates spread its shadow over the entire kingdom. Your beloved sister was kidnapped by the pirates and taken far away to lands unknown.
“You have no choice but to embark on a journey to save her. You must be brave. You will travel to the end of the world, helping people, fulfilling quests, learning valuable skills, and finding hundreds of useful items.”
