God of War Ragnarok Developer Gives Promising Release Date Update
The long-awaited sequel is seemingly still on track for a release this year according to at least one member of the team at Santa Monica Studio.
Art Director Bruno Velazquez responded to a fan posting about the game, saying that “Ragnorok is coming this year.” This would mean that the game joins a busy year for Sony releases that also include the previously released and , among others.
The PlayStation exclusive franchise is one of Sony’s heaviest hitters, but information about the new game has been sparse. Fans got a first look at the game at a PlayStation Showcase back in September. This trailer confirms the return of Midgard as well as a new attack for Kratos featuring his legendary weapons of choice.
Ragnorok is coming this year.
