Sony has done a great job up to this point of bringing several of its first-party titles to PC over the last few years, but there are still a few prominent ones that have failed to make that jump. One in particular that fans have been hoping to see a port for for a long time is Sucker Punch’s open world action-adventure game, Ghost of Tsushima. It’s now being claimed that a PC port of the title could be announced soon.
That’s as per XboxEra co-founder Nick Baker, who recently took to Twitter and claimed that based on what he’s hearing, news regarding a PC release of Ghost of Tsushima could be arriving “pretty soon”, mentioning a date of March 5 for the announcement.
Ghost of Tsushima originally launched for PS4 in 2020, with an expanded cut Director’s Cut version with new content releasing the following year for PS5. As of July 2022, the open world samurai epic had sold 9.7 million copies worldwide. A movie of the game is also in the works.
Job listings have also indicated that Sucker Punch is working on a sequel to Ghost of Tsushima.
I’m hearing that we might be getting something about the Ghost of Tsushima PC port pretty soon. Maybe around the 5th?
