Su will apparently be an Expy based on the eponymous character from HoYoverse's other game, Honkai Impact 3rd, where he serves as a secondary character in the Second Key manga. This would not be the first time Genshin Impact added characters based on Honkai, with popular characters like Raiden Shogun and Yae Miko being prime examples. According to hxl_diluc, Su will be able to control the upcoming Dendro element.

The leaker also reveals that Su will have a very high-ranking position in the upcoming major region, and he will be very close to the popular Dendro Archon. Another popular Genshin Impact leaker named SpendYourPrimos has given more information about Su's appearance.
