A Genshin Impact fan has shared an impressive image showing how Mondstadt would probably look like if it was a real life location. Even though the game keeps adding to new parts of the map with every other update, fans still seem to prefer recreating the oldest parts of Teyvat.
The concept shared by Reddit user 0x384c0 took the Genshin Impact community by storm as the post reached over 17k upvotes. Mondstadt is probably the most iconic place in all of Genshin Impact since it's the starting region for every player. It's the fa has been a part of the game since its arrival back in September 2020.

The creator of the image revealed that in order to make it look as realistic as possible, they had to use numerous programs such as Houdini FX, SpeedTree, Foundry NukeX, Blender, Gaea, Terragen, and the rendering was done in Karma XPU. Numerous fans in the comment section claim that at first sight, they actually thought this was a real world location. Multiple replies claim that this has to be the best fan-made attempt of creating a realistic version of Teyvat. Reddit user 0x384c0 is known in the community for sharing similar projects and fans hope to see more of their work which could include the recently released Sumeru region.
Players claim that the new desert parts of Teyvat that were added as part of Genshin Impact update 3.1 could be a great source of inspiration for similar projects. Even though Mondstadt is probably the most popular nation in the community, it's still the smallest region in Genshin Impact. However, recent rumors have been hinting that the currently available parts of Mondstadt are only 60% of the whole region.
