Gears Of War Might Get A 'Master Chief Collection Treatment' According To Insider
Halo: The Master Chief Collection not only brought together all of Chief's adventures in one neatly tied package, but also ensured that series fans could continue playing their favourite games.

Perhaps that's why rumours started kicking up about another Microsoft first-party series getting the same treatment (thanks, VGC).
Nick Baker of XboxEra, who claims to have inside knowledge about the project, thinks that the Gears of War series will be next in line to receive a collection like that of Halo. “A while back I said there is another Microsoft franchise that’s getting the Master Chief Collection-type treatment, I am of the belief that that is coming this year,” he said on a recent episode of the podcast.
