This fourth charge is an important milestone in guaranteeing that all players will now have access to their full Season 1 tier set bonus, even new and returning alts who have not yet engaged with endgame content!
The Catalyst Guide Nerub-ar Palace Class Tier Sets Overview
Every other week, all characters gain one charge of Harmonized Silk, used with the catalyst to convert any non-crafted Veteran track or higher piece of gear into a piece from their tier set. Helm, shoulders, chest, gloves, and legs all contribute to the actual set bonuses, though cloaks, boots, wrists, belts, and boots may also be catalyzed, creating additional gearing options for players with a poorly itemized piece of gear.

The Matrix Catalyst can be found next to Custodian Khubon in the capital city of Dornogal.
Additionally, this week players will also be able to earn another full Spark of Omens to craft whatever they see fit.
