French developer Mi-Clos closes its doors

The news was revealed by the developer's founder and creative director, Michaël Peiffert, who took to LinkedIn to thank all those who had contributed to the company over the years. Mi-Clos was acquired by private equity firm Supernova Capital in February 2023.
"It is with a heavy heart that I share this news with you: after 14 years, this is the end of the adventure Mi-Clos Studio," Peiffert wrote, as translated by Google.
"Video games, a constantly changing sector, are a constant challenge for developers. And this isn't the first time the studio has paid the price. But this time, it didn't come out on top.
"I would like to thank the teams, freelancers, partners, past and present, who have turned this adventure into an incredible journey that I may only experience once in my life. If you have crossed their path, please leave them recommendations and support them.
"Thank you to our community, which is the other part that has contributed to the success of the studio. Thanks to the exchanges and involvement of our players and influencers, we have been able to improve our games and make them known around the world."
