With the current Fortnite season coming to an end soon, Epic has officially started teasing what's in store for the island in the upcoming season. From the looks of it, the overall theme, Wilds, appears to be more jungle-focused.
On the official Fortnite Twitter account, a short eight-second teaser was posted. The word «Wilds» appears on the screen in the video, with a jungle visible in the background. All while that's happening, jungle-like noses can be heard. Right before the video ends, the following words appear on screen: June 9, 2023.

The date shown at the of the teaser does have some significance because that's when Chapter 4, Season 2 (the current season) is scheduled to end. Although not much is known about Season 2, the trailer does align with what was previously reported, with the season's theme heavily focusing on the jungle.
Late last week, a leaked loading screen showcased a few original Fortnite characters running through the jungle alongside the leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime. According to Shiina, a well-known Fortnite content creator, Optimus Prime will be featured in the battle pass instead of being a bonus skin like Eren Yeager was this season.
