Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker's next major update, Patch 6.1, will soon be available to all fans, featuring numerous changes, including to its Trust system. The most recent expansion brought about an end to the Hydaelyn and Zodiark conflict. Players will be able to experience the start of a brand new adventure, as the Warrior of Light is called upon once again. Perceptive fans may have some ideas about what to expect in the update because FFXIV: Endwalker's ending hinted at the story update and future Main Scenario Quests. Along with the continuation of the story, additional content for both hardcore and casual players will be released later this month.
Patch 6.1 promises to be a big step in developing a more tailored RPG experience for individual fans. Starting with A Realm Reborn, duties will become Trust compatible. While players can still party with other adventurers, they will now have the option to complete this content with Trust NPCs. The new more casual-friendly PvP mode, the Crystal Conflict, is also coming in the next update. This quick game mode will feature two teams of 5v5 competing to push a crystal into their opponent's goal. Players that want more of a challenge should be excited for the introduction of another Extreme Trial, called The Minstrel's Ballad: Endsinger's Aria. Game Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida detailed everything confirmed in FFXIV: Endwalker Patch 6.1, ahead of this release.
