Expected Release Time for Stray
Stray is a cyberpunk indie title developed by BlueTwelve Studio and published by Annapurna. The cat-centered third-person adventure game launches on PC, PS4, and PS5 on July 19, 2022.
Stray has gained lots of momentum due to Sony actively marketing it during its State of Play presentations since 2020, and it'll soon be available for no extra charge for PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers --PC players will need to pay full price for the game, which is $29.99. However, there is a 10% pre-order discount going on right now that Steam users can take advantage of.

And for those that are wondering just when Stray is supposed to launch digitally on the various storefronts, this guide will go over the details players should know.
As of the time of writing, Annapurna Interactive nor BlueTwelve Studio has not revealed any concrete information on the release time for Stray. However, based on the current Steam countdown clock for Stray's pre-order, and Sony's clock on the Stray product page, there's a time that the game is likely to launch; however, make sure to take this info with a grain of salt, as nothing has been officially confirmed just yet.
PC/Steam players should expect Stray to go live at around midnight local time. To check what time the game will unlock in your time zone, we recommend hitting up the game's steam page and scrolling down a bit to see the digital unlock time.
On PS4/PS5, the countdown clock points to Stray launching around 10 AM MT, which should equate to 8 AM PT / 9 AM MT / 11 AM ET. There's a chance that Stray will unlock in the morning for all time zones, no matter where players are, but again, there's no guarantee.
