ComingSoon is debuting an, previewing the upcoming documentary narrated by Josh Brolin about the world of Supercross.
The clip sees Brolin introducing the audience to the world of Supercross and exploring why the documentary is being made, with Brolin explaining why the sport is so exciting and why he wants to share it with the world after having participated in it for so long.
Pay Dirt: The Story of Supercross is set to release in theaters across the country on January 24, 2025. The film will be released in over 50 markets, including internationally in places like Vancouver, Toronto, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

“I don’t like when movies try and dictate how you should feel,” said Brolin in a statement on the movie. “Do you know what I mean? You just get what you get. When people are good at what they do, I think a lot of people respond to it. It’s settled in. This movie is not preachy at all. It’s not telling you how to feel. It just is what it is, and I think people really respond to honesty.”
Alongside Brolin narrating the project, Pay Dirt: The Story of Supercross also features interviews with some of the sport’s biggest legends and influences, including Hall of Fame legends Jeremy McGrath, Bob Hannah, Ricky Johnson, and Ricky Carmichael. The film is directed by Paul Taublieb and is co-written by Stuart Archer and Taublieb.
