Cyberpunk 2077 version 1.5 is a pretty different experience from what we originally got in 2020. While changing the behaviour of NPCs sounds like a small fix, it breathes new life into Night City, and makes for a much more immersive experience.
But it isn't just the human AI that's been tweaked to near-perfection. Many returning Cyberpunk players have noticed that cats act a whole lot more like cats now, as V's pet, Nibbles, can be spotted around the apartment in all new animations.

If you've adopted the adorable, hairless cutie that is Mittens the cat, you won't always find him in his usual spot after the latest update. As many have found, he can now roam around your pad and get up to usual cat activities - like drinking straight out of the sink instead of his bowl, which is infinitely more convenient. Mittens also gets up to every cat owner's biggest headache - destroying the carpet. Your feline friend seems to have claimed the apartment as his on the whole, and can be seen clawing at the furniture all over the place.

A much less wholesome feature now sees V's love interests interact a little more over the phone, with Panam even going as far as sending lewds to the player. So, in case you were wondering what was taking the update and next-gen upgrade so long, there's your answer.
Despite the size of these two updates, the work isn't over
