Earning this toy is fairly simple, since you'll just need to loot a chest. The Blazing Shadowflame Chest (/way 28.9, 47.5) is located in the Zaqali Caldera area of Zaralek Caverns, but before you run to get it, you'll want a key piece of gear — in lieu of a traditional key, you'll need an Onyxia Scale Cloak.
Without this, the Shadowflames surrounding the chest are impenetrable, but thanks to the tried-and-true Equip effect of the cloak, you can now loot with impunity. Lucky for us, the Onyxia Scale Cloak is bind on equip, so you'll be able to purchase it on the auction house.
For those who want to save gold, however, the recipe itself is also simple. Needing only a Scale of Onyxia, a Cindercloth Cloak, and some Rune Thread, Leatherworkers can easily make this pattern, as long as Tailors provide the base cloak.
