Sadly, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will be offered with the most RAM, so you will have to spend that extra money for this variant.
The last time Samsung gave customers a 16GB RAM option, it was with the Galaxy S21 Ultra, but likely due to cost-related reasons, the Korean giant scaled that option down to 12GB for the Galaxy S23 Ultra. However, limiting the regular Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus was not going to win the company any fans, which is why according to Revegnus, there will be a massive specifications change arriving next year.
The tipster claims that the information he has published in his tweet is ‘solid,’ highlighting his confidence that these are the configurations Samsung will sell to customers during the official launch. Starting with the non-Ultra versions, the two are said to be offered with 12GB RAM. That is a significant upgrade considering that the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus were only limited to 8GB of memory, which should be considered criminal in 2023.
