Frenzied Burst is a Frenzied Flame Incantation in Elden Ring that fires a concentrated blast of Madness from the caster's eyes at a target from an impressive range. When the beam connects with Tarnished or humanoid targets, the shot will inflict Madness. However, if the caster is using an Arcane-scaling Sacred Seal, such as the Dragon Communion Seal, and has reached Arcane's soft cap stat in Elden Ring of 50, they will be able to instantly inflict their foes with Madness upon the blast's impact. Furthermore, landing a Frenzied Burst on a PvP opponent at the start or end of their dodge-roll will not cause damage but can still stun-lock them with the Madness status effect, granting an opportunity for a follow-up strike.
As a result of its overpowered perks, the Frenzied Burst is a potent Spell to use in PvE and highly effective in PvP situations. Requiring a Faith of 22, this Spell can be learned relatively early on in the game. Moreover, the Incantation can be found within the open world, meaning there are no Dungeons or prerequisites for obtaining the Spell.
