Sporting the largest world in any of FromSoftware's games, Elden Ring is absolutely massive. Its enormous open world is filled with enemies, secrets, and locations around every corner; thus, Elden Ring players are constantly rewarded for their exploration efforts.
One constant in FromSoftware games is the message system, which allows players to write messages on the ground to help or hurt other players, or also make them laugh. However, these messages can also be used for trolling, such as a deadly Elden Ring message under a ladder. Many of these trolling messages are placed in front of most of the game's walls, proclaiming that the walls are hidden paths for players to discover.
Elden Ring Player Grinds to Level 93 Before Fighting Margit
While many of these messages will often be placed to fool players into hitting a solid wall, one gamer actually discovered an Elden Ring hidden wall that requires 50 hits to open. Found in Volcano Manor, the wall finally opened a hidden path after a player smashed their weapon against it for minutes on end. Obviously, this is a tedious process, but another player has already figured out an ingenious way to break through the wall in mere seconds.
Since Redditor daxramas knew the wall would take plenty of hits to break through, they came up with a brilliant idea to speed up the process. In Volcano Manor, there is an enemy NPC that will drop Ghiza's Wheel, a massive wheel with rotating blades adorning it. The weapon's art can be activated to spin the blades, making for a buzz saw that cleaves through enemies. Daxramas came up with the idea to use this weapon's fast attacks to break through the wall, making quick work of the hidden path when compared to the 50 hits it took previously.
