Helphen's Steeple is a Greatsword in Elden Ring imbued with Ruinous Ghostflame, a macabre weapon art that bathes the blade in the spirits of the dead, adding 80 Frostbite buildup and 50 Magic Damage to attacks. This Greatsword requires Tarnished to possess Strength 19, Dexterity 10, and Intelligence 22. Due to these stat requirements, Helphen's Steeple is much more befitting for hybrid battle mage builds in Elden Ring that also can wield weapons such as the Dark Moon Greatsword.
However, the primary appeal of Helphen's Steeple for many Tarnished warriors will likely be its sleek, edgy design and ominous aesthetic. Likewise, this Greatsword is perfect for those roleplaying as a Dark Knight or Reaper of Frost in Elden Ring. The blade works similar to the Onyx Blade in Ashes of Ariandel of Dark Souls III. While the overall damage output is moderately lower than the Dark Moon Greatsword and lacks range, Helphen's Steeple is undoubtedly an excellent armament for those well-versed in close-quarters and melee combat.
