Duet Night Abyss Gets Its First Official Trailer Tomorrow!
droidgamers.comDuet Night Abyss will be getting its first official gameplay trailer tomorrow, the 20th of October! This fantasy adventure RPG comes to us from HK Hero Entertainment and offers a new scope on the RPG with stunning 3D visuals.
The trailer will launch tomorrow at 10:00 AM (UTC+8) and will be the first official insight into the gameplay and story we can expect from this game. Despite running on limited information for now, Duet Night Abyss has already given us teasers as to what is to come and gamers are already excited!
With sneaky trailer cuts littered across their Twitter page, we already get to see some fantastic gameplay action across the beautifully illustrated 3D landscape. You can play a variety of unique characters such as my current favourite, an octopus-like demon. She has sick twisting horns and a tentacle skirt, all whilst slinging a heavy gun to blast through enemies. But of course, there are plenty more characters to meet!
This game promises a “high degree of freedom” and whilst there is no elaborating on what this means, we are excited to find out! The running theory is that the stunning landscapes of Duet Night Abyss will be open-world, with a “choose your pace” style quest progression. So if you’re the type of player to get distracted or avoid plot, this game might be ideal for you!
The devs describe this game as one which tells the story of demons from both perspectives. So who is really to say if you’re playing as the protagonist or antagonist? Regardless, this open-world gacha might be the first of its kind to pave the way for story-based walking sims.
