Samsung just launched the Galaxy A53 5G as a capable yet affordable smartphone — but does it come with a charger? For a $450 smartphone, the Galaxy A53 5G features decent specifications. For instance, the smartphone offers a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display that supports a refresh rate of 120Hz, and runs on the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 which will enable a lot of customization options. It also comes loaded with a quad-rear camera system that's spearheaded by a 64MP primary sensor (with OIS).
The biggest change in the series is Samsung's return to the Exynos series of processors as the Galaxy A53 5G is powered by an Exynos 1280 SoC. Then there's the 5,000 mAh battery that can keep the smartphone powered for up to two days when used moderately. Additionally, the smartphone has an IP67 rating (up to 1 meter for 30 minutes) which protects it against accidental spills or drops. Overall, the Galaxy A53 5G looks like a complete package that's not a big burden on the pocket.
