Johnny Chao recently turned to Instagram to defend Ella Johnson after she admitted to cheating on him on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days, but many fans think that it doesn’t justify her actions. Ella was introduced as a 30-year-old woman from Idaho. She seemingly always had a strong fascination with Asian culture and enjoys partaking in Wiccan activities. Meanwhile, Johnny was introduced to fans as her boyfriend from China. After almost two years of dating, however, they still hadn’t met each other. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, traveling hasn’t been as easy as Ella had hoped it would be.
Since traveling between China and the US is currently prohibited, Johnny planned to fly to Dubai and quarantine before meeting Ella in the US. Unfortunately, Johnny became warier of the ongoing pandemic and suggested putting the trip on hold. Then, Ella booked a $1,200 ticket to convince Johnny with money she didn’t have and asked him to go anyway.
