Dual SIM is a useful feature on any smartphone — but is this something you get on the OnePlus 10 Pro? Available for $899 in the U.S., the OnePlus 10 Pro is a cheaper alternative to $1000 flagships like the iPhone 13 Pro and Galaxy S22+. And it offers that lower price while still retaining a load of flagship specs. The OnePlus 10 Pro has Android 12, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, and a 120Hz AMOLED display (just to name a few of its highlights).
But that's not to say the OnePlus 10 Pro is perfect. Every smartphone has to make compromises, especially when undercutting the competition by $100. The OnePlus 10 Pro doesn't have a headphone jack, there's no expandable storage, and the unlocked model lacks an IP68 water resistance rating. To some people, those things may be deal-breakers. To others, they're smart compromises to make the 10 Pro a more affordable flagship.

But those aren't the only things the OnePlus 10 Pro is missing. Another absent feature is dual SIM support. Dual SIM allows a smartphone to simultaneously connect to two phone numbers/carriers — either through two SIM cards or with one SIM card and a built-in eSIM. It's a useful tool if you're traveling to another country, have separate personal and work numbers, or in any other situation where you need more than one phone number. Since the OnePlus 10 Pro doesn't support dual SIM, it's not capable of these things.
