When Kate visits the Musicians' Square - the site of Dana's 1937 concert at the beginning of Syberia: The World Before - she is tasked with repairing the mechanical orchestra. It's a long chain of puzzles, and each one is slightly different from the others. Not only will you need to figure out the mechanisms of each panel, but you'll also need to swap between Dana and Kate to get all the information you need.

The morning after Kate's midnight phone call to Olivia, talk to Frau Wagner at the front desk for the latest gossip. Follow all dialogue options to complete a secondary objective, then head for the tram station to catch a ride to the Music District.
You'll get off the tram at the same spot Dana did at the very beginning of the game. As you pass by the alleyway where the Vageran ghetto used to be, you'll be reunited with Oscar in a cutscene. If Dana left a mark in the cement during the game's opening, inspect it as Kate to receive the For The Future accolade.
Proceed to the square and examine the piano that Dana played in the first scene. Lean against the railing for a secondary objective, then head to the Music Academy. It's directly across from the piano stairs.
Inside, you can use the phone at the front desk. Try calling Olivia's number from her letter or any phone number from a previous Syberia game to earn the Old Acquaintances accolade. Afterward, ring the bell on the right side of the desk to speak with the academy rector Herr Mahler.
