DIY-APE has announced its collaboration with several motherboard and GPU partners to bring more backside connector products to market.
DIY-APE has always been at the helm of offering the latest hidden and backside connector PC components in the industry. We have seen various designs from the hardware maker who has collaborated with the likes of ASUS, MSI, and MaxSun on various occasions and is now planning even more products for 2024.
The back-inserted universe has added new members
The products in the picture will basically be released or sold in January. Sapphire-powered hidden graphics cards will also enter mass production this month. At the CES show in another week, the ROG back-mounted motherboard will be unveiled.

Over at its Bilibili social channel, DIY-APE has confirmed that throughout 2024, they will launch a host of new products, some of which have already been teased. The most interesting one is the upcoming Sapphire Radeon RX 7000 GPU family with hidden connectors which is expected to go into the mass production phase this month. These will be the first hidden connector designs for an AMD GPU based on the RDNA 3 graphics architecture. This design is already used by various AIBs such as ASUS, Colorful, GALAX & Inno3D. Meanwhile, DIY-APE is continuing its backside connector motherboard portfolio with more options, this time including Colorful to the mix. The company has teased its upcoming Colorful Z790 ULTRA which is a premium white colored and white PCB motherboard featuring a very aesthetically pleasing design.
