Diablo 4 Season 3 Launch Date Confirmed - January 23
It's finally confirmed — in just a few short weeks, the Season of Blood will officially be over, and Season 3 of Diablo 4 will begin on January 23!

Blizzard has updated the login screen in Diablo 4, changing the splash banner from «Season of Blood Ends» to «Next Season Begins». Curiously, we still do not have a Season name revealed to us — while Season of Blood gave us a launch trailer, we have yet to see the same for Season 3, or even know much about it.
This does confirm, however, that with Season of Blood also ending on January 23, we will have no downtime between Seasons.
This release date does pose some interesting challenges, however. With only 9 business days between now and Season 3's launch, Blizzard has a lot of information to get through in a very short time, and no current dates announced for things such as Campfire Chats or Patch Notes.
While we can likely expect some information Soon(TM), players will once again have no time to test the upcoming Season on a PTR like Diablo 3 players have gotten used to. Many players have been calling for PTR implementation to allow for better balancing and testing, but as of now, Blizzard has reported no plans for a PTR cycle.
