The DICE Awards is the video game industry’s premier, peer-juried awards show held by The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS). Professionals from across the video game industry serve as the peer jury, voting on the finalists through a secured confidential ballot.
Several prominent names from Activision Blizzard were invited to be some of this year's peer panelists, including Steve Derrick, Adam Foshko, Dion Rogers, Pedro Seminario, and Harrison G. Pink, who recently left the company.
While Diablo 4 is a finalist in three categories, it's up against some absolute powerhouses — particularly in the Role-Playing Game of the Year category. No matter who wins, though, one thing is absolutely certain — 2023 was an incredible year for gaming.
